BLOOMINGTON — The Central Illinois Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals has announced its 2024 National Philanthropy Day award recipients. Among the award recipients are Julie and Bob Dobski for Outstanding Philanthropists, and Beta Omicron Chapter of Tri Delta at Illinois State University for Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy Ages 18-23.
