BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -Two Bowling Green officers have been shot and are being treated, according to Bowling Green Police Department public information officer Ronnie Ward.

Ward confirmed the shooting on Wednesday, however, the time the incident occurred has not been released. Ward stated both officers were shot at Lifeskills at 822 Woodway St.

Details are limited at this time.

The investigation will be ongoing by the Kentucky State Police. Detective Allen Shirley stated KSP Post 3 is working to gather information at this time.
