TRUMBULL, CT (WFSB) - A Bridgeport man was arrested in connection with a fatal car accident that occurred in December 2023.

26-year-old Christopher Lazo turned himself in on Tuesday after an active arrest warrant was issued.

Lazo faces charges including negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, failure to maintain proper lane, and improper passing.

He was released from custody on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on December 23, 2024.
