BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The deadly double shooting at The Mall in Columbia is raising renewed talks of how parents are held accountable if their children commit a violent crime.

On a Wednesday edition of FOX45 Morning News, Megan Gilliland spoke with lifelong Baltimore resident Pastor P.M. Smith about those same calls from Baltimore City officials and a senate bill proposed in Annapolis that would require guardians to take part in a treatment service plan.
