The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education meets this upcoming Monday to discuss an updated transportation plan, review agreements for upcoming school year and more. The meeting will start at it’s regular time of 6:30 p.m. at Adams Elementary School, with a presentation recognizing the school board members during School Board Recognition month celebrated during May. Superintendent Dr. Casey Berlau says the next discussion will be trying to develop a plan regarding student transportation for the 2025-26 school year. Representatives from DLR, the architect firm behind the master facility plan which helped design the plans for the transportation facility, will be there to discuss additional ideas and get guidance on where the board would like to proceed from there. Following administrative reports, the board will review policies, including 536, Student Code of Conduct. The rest of the board meeting will consist of annual agreement renewals, approval of 2025 graduates, field trip requests, donations and four quotes for projects that will be completed over the summer. The CCSD Board of Education meeting is open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.
