The mansion spans over 25,000 square feet and was previously owned by a billionaire named A. Jerrold Perenchino. Perenchino renovated the entire home after he purchased it in 1986 -- back then for just $13 million. He updated every room and every feature to the mansion, making it perfect for even people like Valentino to rent out every so often. You may remember the mansion in the hit television show "The Beverly Hillbillies."
Well, you may ask, "What is one to do with all this space?" The main estate is filled with a wine cellar, fully innovative salon, formal ballroom, and an industrial kitchen. There are several buildings on the estate for guests to stay in and for holding extra storage.
