Angel Reese entered Tuesday's matchup against the Phoenix Mercury averaging 9.0 points and 13.7 rebounds in the Chicago Sky 's first three games of the season.

Reese came up big yet again on Tuesday, dropping a 13-point, 15-rebound double-double, to go along with three assists, three steals and two blocks in 34 minutes of play.

Unfortunately for the All-Star forward, not even her strong play was enough to help Chicago avoid their fourth straight loss of the new season, as the Mercury escaped with a 94-89 win on Tuesday.

Despite another defeat, Reese was able to rewrite the WNBA history books yet again. The league announced during the contest that the 23-year-old now holds the record as the fastest player to record 500 points and 500 rebounds.

The Sky quickly reacted to their star's latest historic feat by flexing the same on social media.

"FIRST CLASS TICKET TO THE 500/500 CLUB FOR CHITOWN BARBIE 🎟️✈️" the team posted on Instagram.

Reese has had a strong start to her 2025 campaign, but the truth of the matter is that this has been overshadowed by the fact that the Sky are now 0-4.

This team had some high hopes entering the new campaign, and all that has quickly been erased after four consecutive losses.

The silver lining for Reese and Co. is that there's still a long way to go this season. All hope is not lost for them, but they will need to start stacking up the wins soon if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive.
