OXFORD — Ole Miss basketball 's roster for next season is coming together.

Coach Chris Beard and the Rebels landed Kansas guard AJ Storr from the transfer portal on April 15, per On3.

Storr played for St. John's as a freshman and Wisconsin as a sophomore before transferring to the Jayhawks. The 6-foot-6 junior will be a senior at Ole Miss , which will be his fourth college. He is from Rockford, Illinois.

Storr started four games at Kansas last season and averaged 6.1 points. His best season came in 2023-24 for Wisconsin. Storr started 36 games for the Badgers and averaged 16.8 points.

Storr joins LSU transfer Corey Chest as transfer portal additions.

Even with forward Malik Dia returning for his senior season, the Rebels need to replace a big chunk of the roster that reached the Sweet 16 in the NCAA tournament. Sean Pedulla, Jaemyn Brakefield, Matthew Murrell, Jaylen Murray, Dre Davis, Mikeal Brown-Jones and Davon Barnes are out of eligibility.
