ST. LOUIS, Mo–The Springfield Cardinals have Monday off as they move from Tulsa to Northwest Arkansas.

The Cards took four of the five games played against the Drillers.

Sunday’s game was rained out.

Monday, the St. Louis Cardinals named Nathan Church as it’s minor league player of the month for April.

In April, Church hit .349 with only five strikeouts in 95 plate appearances.

He also had a 13 game hitting streak during the month of April.

Church was an 11th round draft pick in 2022 out of UC-Irvine where he played three seasons for the Anteaters.

The Cards and Naturals will play an afternoon game Tuesday.
