CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Cinco de Mayo festivities will be taking place this weekend and the streets of Charleston will be filled with celebrants!

If you are interested in partaking in the fun – take a look at the following parties happening this weekend!

This Cinco de Mayo celebration will be held at the Charleston Cruise Terminal on Saturday. Attendees can enjoy live music, salsa dancing and Mexican cuisine. Tickets are $10 and will benefit the Charleston Animal Society.

The celebration will be held Saturday, May 4 from 4 – 10 p.m. at 196 Concord Street.

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is throwing its annual block party with live music from Dubplates and the Midnight City Band. Mex 1 says they will have multiple outdoor bars, food tents and local vendors. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Mex 1 partnered with the Warrior Surf Foundation and will have a live auction.

The party will be held Sunday, May 5 from 4 – 10 p.m. at 817 St Andrews Blvd.

Coterie Restaurant is throwing a Cinco de Mayo fiesta featuring Mexican street made by an Executive Chef.

“Whether you’re flying solo, rounding up your crew, or bringing the whole family, everyone’s invited to join in on the fun,” said the Coterie Restaurant event page.

The fiesta will be held Sunday, May 5 from 12 – 4 p.m. at 17 Warren Street.
