MOORHEAD — Classic rock act Kansas will play Bluestem Amphitheater on Thursday, Sept. 18 with Eli Young Band.

The group broke out of Topeka, Kansas, in the mid-1970s with songs like “Carry on Wayward Son,” “Dust in the Wind” and “Point of Know Return.”

Country rock band Eli Young Band emerged from Denton, Texas, in the mid-2000s and broke out with hits like “Vrazt Girl,” “Even if it Breaks Your Heart” and “Love Ain’t.”

Tickets for this show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, ranging in price from $48.75 to $139.25, plus fees. Tickets are available at jadepresents.com .

Other shows in this summer’s Essentia Health’s Bluestem Concert Series include Clint Black and Home Free on May 29, ZZ Top and The Wallflowers on June 10, Pure Prairie League, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Orleans and Firefall on Aug. 17 and the Avett Brothers and Milk Carton Kids on Aug. 30.
