SPRINGFIELD — The woman whose body was found in Forest Park last week has been identified, according to a statement from the Hampden District Attorney’s Office.

The victim is Joann Garelli , 56, of West Springfield.

Police responded to a report of a body in the area of 300 Trafton Road near Camp Star Angelina in the Forest Park neighborhood.
