If you love makeup and live downtown, we have some amazing news for you - A Sephora store is opening at Denver Pavilions!

Downtown Denver makeup lovers raise your blenders, because your wishes have been granted. No longer do you have to travel to Cherry Creek and pay the (now ridiculous) parking charges to get your makeup fix. The global beauty retailer Sephora has officially signed a lease with Denver Pavilions, with plans to open a 5,648 sq. ft. store on the ground floor of the shopping center. Sephora Colorado currently has six Sephora's, none of which are convenient enough for downtown dwellers. Coupled with the disappointing parking charges of Cherry Creek, beauty lovers have been at a somewhat loss for their beauty fixes. The store plans to open this summer, taking the place of the Victoria's Secret that used to be there. Tami Door, president and CEO of the Downtown Denver Partnership told the Denver Business Journal;
Downtown Denver is on a roll and people are paying attention... By choosing the 16th Street Mall for a new location for its popular international brand, Sephora is sending a clear message that it is a place where national retailers can be successful."
It's undeniable that the new Sephora will bring a flock of makeup and beauty junkies to the location - It is very likely that the proven success of the new Sephora will call the attention to other extremely popular retailers. The location is already growing rapidly, with other national and international additions, such as the new Target and Uniqlo. Needless to say, we're on pins and needles to see what's in store as our city continues to grow! Sephora What retailer would you like to see downtown? Let us know!
