If you’re looking to experience local wine and art against the backdrop of a charming, coastal town, you must check out the Annapolis Art and Wine Festival.
The Annapolis Art and Wine Festival will be taking place the second weekend of June. Here are all your details. If you’ve wanted to get to know more of Maryland this summer, the Arts and Wine Festival, June 10–11, will be the perfect opportunity, because everything will be local.“The annual festival is a weekend of fine art, handmade crafts, wine tastings from over 25 different Maryland wineries, live music all day long, and delectable cuisine and activities for the whole family.”It’s one of the most-anticipated local events of the summer festival season, so make sure you’re prepared by getting your tickets ahead of time, your transportation squared away, and your itinerary ready to go. The festival is located right outside of Annapolis’ historic downtown, in the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. When you visit the festival website to buy your tickets, you will be able to choose which day you would like to attend and the kind of tickets you’re interested in. If you want the full package, tickets go for $35 a person and include unlimited wine tastings, a complimentary glass, and access to tons of crafts and artistic vendors.
Not drinking, but still planning on going to the festival? You can buy a $12 Non-Wine Tasting Ticket. Your kids ages 12-21 can get in for $10 a person, and any child under 12 years old will have free admission.
