Baltimore’s annual Healthy Expo will feature a wide range of educational and entertaining activities for all!
Held at the Baltimore Convention Center, the 9th annual Baltimore Healthy Expo will feature a multitude of activities and exhibits to help the whole family reach their wellness goals and lead healthier lives. From health screenings and indoor rock climbing, to cooking demonstrations and samples, the Baltimore Healthy Expo has something for everyone. Whether you want to learn CPR or just find the resources you need to become healthier overall, this event has got you covered. Meet local celebrities, enjoy entertainment on one of four stages, and watch martial arts, zumba, yoga, dance, and more.

In addition, available health screenings include blood pressure and blood sugar checks, as well as testing for allergies, Hepatitis C, HIV/AIDS, glaucoma, and sickle cell. Children will be provided with free dental health screenings. Not only can you save the time and money spent on a checkup, but the info you gain at the Expo can help make it so that doctor’s visits won’t even be necessary in the longterm.
