Don't miss the Ocean City Family Bonfire on the Beach on October 6, one of the last beach events left of the year!

Sure, summer is officially over. But that doesn't mean you can't spend one more evening on the beach! From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 6, the beach at 130th Street will be transformed into a massive beach bonfire! There will be s'mores, hot cocoa, live music, and plenty of storytelling around the fire. Admission price for children will be $3 and anyone over the age of 18 will be charged $5 to attend the beach bonfire. But if you have a large family (six or more people), you can join the fun for a flat-rate of $15 for the whole group.
All you need to bring is a beach chair, warm clothes, and some blankets. Then, you can just sit back with the rest of your family and enjoy a beach bonfire right before the weather really turns. You are welcome to bring friendly pets, but they will have to remain on a leash for the duration of the bonfire. Obviously, the event will be cancelled in the case of inclement weather. But we're all keeping our fingers crossed that there will be clear skies! The Family Bonfire on the Beach marks one of the last summer-ish events of the year. As we move into October, most town sponsored events will become Halloween themed and before you know it, the Light Up Downtown Holiday Festival will be in full swing! So, take this one last opportunity to spend an evening on the beach with your family! What is your favorite Ocean City beach memory?
