ALLEN PARK -- It’s been a busy week of moves around the NFL, and while the Detroit Lions haven’t been major players on the market, there are plenty of changes to discuss. MLive’s Dungeon of Doom podcast is back with a combo episode, recapping the week of free agency, then answering some reader-submitted mailbag questions. We’ll also hear from two of the team’s newest additions, including cornerback DJ Reed and defensive lineman Roy Lopez. Notable moves have included the addition of Reed, Lopez, linebacker Grant Stuard and veteran backup quarterback Kyle Allen. The Lions have also re-signed linebacker Derrick Barnes, edge defender Marcus Davenport and defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike. Safety Ifeatu Melifonwu (Miami Dolphins), guard Kevin Zeitler (Tennessee Titans) and cornerback Kindle Vildor (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) have since signed elsewhere. Detroit also released edge defender Za’Darius Smith after trading for him at the deadline, and linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin. See below to listen.
