Pumpkin spice is delicious, and I will admit that I too enjoy Pumpkin Spice Latte’s, however, we must branch out a little bit and try something new. By new I mean something that isn’t pumpkin spice. When you’re having your next fall get together, consider making your boozy drinks with apple cider. It’s easy, delicious, and perfectly fall themed. Read further as I have found the three most simple apple cider recipes for your next fall soirée.
1. Apple Cider Mimosas
When I said these were easy, I meant it. For this cocktail literally all you’ll need is one bottle of champagne and one container of apple cider. Appearance wise, if you’d like to get extra fancy, you can dip the rim in water or lemon juice and then dip it in cinnamon sugar.
What you’ll need:
-1 container of apple cider
-1 bottle of champagne
-Water and/or lemon juice
-Cinnamon sugar

2. Apple Cider Moscow Mules
For all of you Moscow Mule fanatics, this will put just the perfect fall twist you’ll need for your next event. Although this drink is served on ice, the flavor is so inviting and warm, you’ll feel like fall is in full force. This cocktail is just as easy as throwing on a big chunky fall sweater and leggings.
What you’ll need:
-Ice
-1 ⅕ oz. caramel vodka
-3 oz apple cider
-Ginger beer
-Crisp apple slices and/or cinnamon sticks for garnish

3. Apple Cider Sangria
This is the perfect party drink that is simple because you can just make one large bowl of it and serve accordingly. Party drinks need to be easy because you as a host have so many other things to worry about. You still need to get together appetizers, decorations, and so much more. The wonderful thing about sangria, is that it really is just a combination of things that is mindlessly thrown together.
What you’ll need:
-1 bottle of champagne
- 2 ½ cups of apple cider
-1 cup of club soda
- 1 cup of Disaronno
-2 apples, sliced
-Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
