ANDERSON — An Elwood man has been arrested on two counts of domestic battery on a child, along with six counts of neglect of a dependent.

Kevin Wayne Shultz, 37, was arrested Monday by Alexandria police on the eight felony charges stemming from incidents reported by the Indiana Department of Child Services last November in Alexandria.
