FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A Fairfax man has been arrested for several indecent exposure incidents starting a decade ago following an anonymous tip, police said. Detectives linked Arthur Mobley, 57, of Fairfax, to four separate indecent exposure incidents in Oakton and Chantilly, Virginia, after receiving an anonymous tip following Mobley’s latest incident, said the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD). Mobley has been charged with Obscene Sexual Display and five counts of Indecent Liberties. He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center with no bond, said FCPD. Mobley is being investigated in connection with additional indecent exposure cases. The first case dated back to 2015, police said. Previous footage showed a suspect, whom police now believe is Mobley, walking through the woods after an indecent exposure incident. That footage was taken on March 30, near the 4600 block of Stonecroft Blvd. in Chantilly, Virginia, according to FCPD. Mobley is also connected with indecent exposure incidents from the same location in Chantilly on April 24, 2024, and April 29, 2023, FCPD said.
