SPRINGFIELD — The family of man shot to death in a bar bathroom three years ago is now suing the owners and employees of the long-closed business.

The suit filed by the estate of David Carrasquillo accuses the principals of Gandolfia Associates LLC and the unnamed security firm they hired for safety lapses saying they allowed a city man to bring a gun into Saga VIP Lounge and pull the trigger.
