WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Good evening Texoma! It’s a chilly day today with temperatures in the low-to-mid-40s across Texoma this afternoon. We’ve finally gotten a break from the clouds and have a day of sunshine before we see clouds make another return. Overnight temperatures tonight will drop into the mid-20s, so it’ll be another cold night. Temperatures tomorrow are a bit nicer with highs in the mid-50s, but it’ll be another day with breezy conditions. Our arctic front arrives in the afternoon hours tomorrow and sends our temperatures crashing throughout the day on Tuesday. Tuesday’s high temperature will actually come at midnight Monday into Tuesday. This front is still going to bring is pipe bursting weather from Tuesday through the early parts of Friday. We still have the chance for some wintry precip Tuesday, but the chances are still low and nothing to be concerned about. At most, we’re expecting some light sleet to come down Tuesday afternoon.
