As they blow out the candles for their 83rd birthday, Krispy Kreme is surprising their fans with a sweet deal this week: BOGO doughnuts!
That's right—In honor of the doughnut chain's big day, customers can get a FREE box of Original Glazed doughnuts with the purchase of a dozen doughnuts on Friday, July 17. Just swing by one of their participating stores to score your haul of 24 delicious doughnuts. They're even extending their "Hot Lights" hours so you can be sure your batch is fresh out of the oven!
The doughnut shop was founded by Vernon Rudolph in 1937, whose pillowy-soft confections have traversed the globe, expanding to over 1,000 locations worldwide. In addition to coffee and specialty drinks, their signature "Hot Lights" sign regularly summons customers with the temptation of freshly-baked doughnuts. Which comes as no surprise, considering the unanimous popularity of their Original Glazed—has there ever been a better invention? (we don't think so!)
