The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have become one of the premier destinations for free agents in recent years. A team, and a city, do not become that in the NFL unless it is well deserved. The Bucs have earned that and then some over the last decade, as we have learned from the voices of players.

Recently, veteran free agent running back Chase Edmonds joined JC Allen of BucsGameday on the Pirate Parlay Podcast to discuss a variety of topics. One thing that stood out in the discussion, though, was the praise he offered when he discussed his time with the Bucs. He specifically talked about how great the Bucs treated him when he suffered a knee injury that made him miss last season.

"The Bucs... First-class organization. They could've cut me and threw me to the curb and they put me on season-ending I.R., right? (The Bucs) took care of me financially, and I am forever grateful for that, so I have no negative things and no animosity for the Bucs, they are a first-class organization every step of the way."

He also spoke about the rest of the running backs on the Bucs he got to know during his time with them. He remains excited for Bucky Irving and Rachaad White and the rest of the Bucs team in 2025.
