AJ Storr is on the move again. For the third time in three years, the former Wisconsin basketball standout is back in the transfer portal after his one season at Kansas. ESPN's Jeff Borzello first reported the news. The former four-star recruit began his college career at St. John's in 2022-23 before transferring to Wisconsin for his sophomore season. After a stellar year with the Badgers, he left the program for Kansas for greater NIL money . But the on-the-court results didn't continue as his playing time and production significantly dropped this past season. Now, he's set to leave Kansas for a new opportunity. Storr was fantastic while playing in Madison two seasons ago. He led the Badgers in scoring with 16.8 points and started all 36 of UW's games in earning second-team All-Big Ten honors. He shot 43.4% from the field, 81.2% at the free-throw line and scored in double figures in 34 games. And he was spectacular in propelling the Badgers to the Big Ten tournament championship game, including a career-high 30-points in the team's quarterfinal win . Storr initially declared for the 2024 NBA draft but maintained his college eligibility. He pulled his name out of the draft and signed with coach Bill Self and Kansas, where he was reportedly offered $750,000 in NIL money. Storr was seeking $1 million to transfer, Prep Scouting Chas Wolfe reported last year .
