BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR-Prairie Public) – The average price of a gallon of gas in North Dakota has dropped below $3.

GasBuddy.com says the average is now $2.99. The price is down three cents from last week, six cents from a month ago and 53 cents from a year ago.

GasBuddy’s survey shows the cheapest gas in North Dakota is $2.76, with the most expensive at $3.84.

The national average is $3.07.
