Gov. Mike Kehoe announced two reappointments to the Lincoln University Board of Curators and one appointment to the UM System Board of Curators.

Victor Pasley, of Columbia, and Richard Popp, of Tebbetts, were reappointed to the LU Board of Curators, according to a Monday news release.

Pasley is the president of the LU Board of Curators and has served as a member of the the curators since 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Lincoln University.

Popp is the treasurer of the LU Board of Curators and has served as a member of the curators since 2019.

Kehoe also appointed John M. Raines, of Senath to the UM System Board of Curators, according to the news release.

Raines currently serves on the advisory board of the University of Missouri Fisher Delta Research, Extension and Education Center. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Missouri.

UM curators Keith Holloway's and Michael Williams' terms ended Jan. 1, 2025. Holloway represented District 7, Cape Girardeau and Williams represented District 5, Kansas City.

All appointments must first be confirmed by the Missouri Senate.
