Taking place in just under two weeks, Baltimore’s flagship Artscape festival returns with a new date, new location, and exciting new features.

This year, it is scheduled over Memorial Day weekend—a change motivated by previous weather challenges. One year, a Nor’easter disrupted the September festival, and in 2024, it faced summer rainstorms.

With fall’s unpredictable weather and summer’s unbearable heat, the city decided that spring might provide a more pleasant experience.
