WBFF- Baltimore — There are both similarities and differences when it comes to the number one killer in men and women, heart disease. Factors like age, diet, and stress are all major influences when comparing the genders. On a Monday edition of Fox45 Morning News, emergency medicine physician at GBMC healthcare, Doctor Umair Baig, joined the show to weigh in. “ It's important to remember it's the number one killer for both men and women,” said Baig. “We tend to think of it as a men’s disease but it's really both, especially as women approach menopause.” For more discussions like this be sure to tune into Fox45 morning News every Monday through Friday from 4:30AM to 10AM.
