Weather conditions for Jacksonville today are partly cloudy with a slight 20 percent chance of showers after 4 pm, the temperature is expected to peak at a windy 64 degrees, while gusts up to 33 mph are on the cards; the rest of the week predicts a rollercoaster of cloudy skies and a high chance of showers and thunderstorms especially come Sunday and Wednesday, temperatures will range from highs near 80 to lows around 44, with sunny breaks glimpsed on Washington's Birthday indicating a high near 60 degrees.

Tonight's forecast on NWS suggests a 30 percent chance of showers mainly occurring between 9 pm and 1 am with temperatures dropping to 58 before rising again, winds should remain gusty, it will be a breezy night with northeast wind 8 to 16 mph and gusts as high as 24 mph following which tomorrow is expected to remain cloudy until midday but warm at a high near 80, winds turning south in the afternoon and potentially gusting up to 20 mph.

The upcoming tomorrow night is predicted to stay mostly cloudy hovering at a low around 64 degrees where the south wind around 10 mph could produce gusts as high as 16 mph, whereas Sunday's forecast indicates an 80 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, alongside quite windy conditions with a balmy high once again nearing 80 degrees; the turbulent weather continues into the night but begins tapering off as we approach Washington's Birthday, offering a segue into milder and clearer skies.
