Coloradans Against Auto Theft (CAAT) -- a group created to bring awareness to "statewide efforts in the prevention of auto theft -- released a report, stating that Honda Accords were stolen more than any other car in 2016. So, if you're driving a Honda Accord (or any of the other vehicles on the list below), then you may want to take some extra precautions and make sure your doors are securely locked and don't leave your car running while unattended. Even if your car type is not part of the report, continue to be cautious. Car theft can happen to anyone, no matter the type of car.
