The spellbinding fairytale will run for two months at the renowned D.C. theater.
Put on your cloak and grab your magical beans -- Into the Woods is dashing through Ford's Theatre! The hit fantasy musical scored by the incomparable Stephen Sondheim will premiere at Ford's Theatre in D.C. this Friday.
The tale centers around a baker and his wife who, desperate for their own child, must stop a witch's curse if they are to get their wish. At the helm of this version is director Peter Flynn, with Evan Casey starring as the baker and Awa Sal Secka as the baker's wife. TICKETS: $27-$81, which can be purchased through the theatre's website or at their box office (open 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).
The Tony Award-winning show will debut Friday, March 8, with their Free First Preview. Though tickets seem to be currently unavailable, there is still time to enter for lottery tickets!
