Ninety days are up, so say hello to Jacksonville's latest $1 million scratch-off prize winner.

Ngun Hlawn Sung bought a $50 ticket for the $1 Million A Year For Life Spectacular game at Vakok Asian Grocery at 5757 Beney Road, according to the Florida Lottery. Sung claimed the secondary prize of $1 million on Dec. 16, to receive the winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $640,000.

State law allows for a grace period to release winners' names unless waived. Sung's age is not listed on the Lottery's website.

The $50 game features two top prizes of $1 million a year for life, both already claimed but one winner still awaiting to be identified after claiming the prize on Feb. 6. The person bought the ticket at the 6767 103rd St. Walmart in Jacksonville.

The game has a whopping 234 secondary prizes of $1 million, with 62 remaining, according to the Lottery website .

Sung became the game's 11th $1 million winner from the Jacksonville area, with one still not identified who claimed the prize on Jan. 2 and bought the ticket at the Publix at 5415 N. Oceanshore Blvd. in St. Augustine.
