JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Stanton College Prep in Jacksonville ranks No. 5 in Florida in the U.S. News & World Report’s best high school list.

Students at Stanton can choose from many options, including Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and honors programs, to earn their diploma.

Students can earn college credit for courses taken through partnerships with the University of North Florida and Florida State College at Jacksonville.

The school has a 68.1% minority enrollment rate.

For state assessments, overall the students received an 87% in math, 94% in reading, and 88% in science.

The graduation rate is 99%.
