SOUTH PLAINFIELD – JAG Physical Therapy, a physical and occupational therapy practice with 150 locations, has opened a facility in the borough at 907 Oak Tree Road, Suite 12.

The facility is the company’s eighth Middlesex County location.

JAG Physical Therapy specializes in general orthopedic, sports and soft tissue injuries. It is the official physical therapy provider for sports teams such as the New Jersey Devils , Columbia University Athletics, and Princeton University Athletics.

The South Plainfield facility offers sports medicine, balance/gait training, vestibular and cupping therapy and TMJ physical therapy.

Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays, 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays, and 7 a.m. to noon Fridays.

Patients can work with a physical therapist for up to 30 days before needing a doctor's referral to continue services.
