GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Kevin O’Sullivan and his coaching staff stay aggressive in the transfer portal, landing one of the top transfers from Jacksonville University, sophomore Jaden Bastian.

Bastian is coming off a career year at JU, with a solid batting average of .302, and one of the top players in the ASUN who cracked the top 10 in home runs with 11. He also recorded 10 doubles and five triples. Which was the total amount of triples on the Gators this season.

Bastian is also known for his speed in center field as well as his glove. He was the ASUN Player of the Week after his stellar performance against North Carolina A&T, where he lead the team with 10 RBI in the series.
