The New York Mets added the biggest free agent of this past MLB cycle in outfielder Juan Soto last fall, and he gave fans an early glimpse at what’s coming on Saturday during a spring training game in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Soto homered off of Houston Astros pitcher Colton Gordon during the bottom of the first inning, giving him the first home run of his time with the Mets.

“Get used to it,” the team account shared on social media after Soto homered.

This might just be a preview of what’s to come for Soto and New York, but it’s exciting for Mets fans to envision what could be.
