Jumpstreet is bouncing back at Colorado Mills after being on the brute end of the massive May 8 hailstorm. The mall, however, remains closed until the holidays.
Jumpstreet didn't let the hail damage from the storm that hit the Denver metro area on May 8 stop them from bouncing back and opening their doors to the public on Friday, June 16 at 2 p.m. The opening is months ahead of the mall's expected reopening in November for the holiday season. The indoor trampoline park posted on its Facebook page:
Jumpstreet is one of three tenants of the mall that have reopened after the storm; Super Target and UA Colorado Mills Stadium 16 & IMAX are also open.
The 42,000 square-foot facility had an upgrade about three weeks before the storm hit. So construction crews worked quickly to rebuild the space, with damages costing Jumpstreet roughly $500,000 alone.
