Kai Trump shared her experience at the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament Final Four game between UConn and UCLA earlier this month. On their way to winning the national championship, Paige Bueckers lead the Huskies in an 85-51 blowout over the Bruins in the semifinal. At the time of the game, Trump posed for a courtside photo for her Instagram story and tagged the UConn women's team - who she correctly predicted to win the tournament. In the latest vlog for her
YouTube channel, posted on Monday, Trump took her subscribers behind the scenes in what she called an 'unforgettable weekend.' Before heading to Amelie Arena in Tampa Bay, Trump grabbed lunch with her friend Emma. They also filmed their whereabouts during the four-hour car ride to Tampa. Once at the venue, Trump filmed her interactions with staff members and fans. After taking snaps with supporters, they headed up to their seats where Trump raved about the progress of women's sports.

'This is really cool, actually,' Trump said. 'I think it's just awesome.' 'Especially women's sports and how big it's gotten in the past few years, it's really cool to see.' The vlog wrapped up with Kai and Emma walking out of the venue after the final whistle. 'I had a blast,' she said in her outro. 'It was amazing and I just wanna thank everyone who made it possible to go there and film. I said UConn and South Carolina in the final and UConn's gonna take over.' The Huskies defeated the South Carolina Gamecocks, 82-59, in the National Championship game behind Azzi Fudd and Sarah Strong's 24-point shifts. Bueckers contributed 17 points and was selected first overall in the 2025 WNBA Draft after capping her college career with a title.
