The limited-edition Turkey Day flavors include Dutch Apple Pie and Cranberry Orange!

What's your favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner? Some may say the turkey—it's the main course, after all. Or the side dishes (hello, mashed potatoes). But if we have to pick a centerpiece of the holiday table, it's the dessert. And this November you can give thanks the sweet way: Krispy Kreme just released four Thanksgiving-themed doughnuts you can buy starting Monday, November 8, for a limited time.

The doughnut chain's embrace of Turkey Day goes beyond the sweets. According to a press release, the chain found that 80% of participants revealed celebrating the holiday mattered more this year than holidays' past, while over half intended to spend less time cooking and more time socializing. For the company, this meant delivering a festive doughnut experience was in order.

“We missed out on so much last year, including Thanksgiving celebrations. This Thanksgiving, people have a desire and need to be together more often and more so than any other Thanksgiving. So, we’re creating a way to share your gratitude with others in the most delicious way possible,” Dave Skena, Chief Marketing Officer for Krispy Kreme, said in a statement.

The doughnuts come in four distinct flavors:

• Dutch Apple Pie Doughnut is dipped in caramel icing, topped with cinnamon and glaze, and stuffed with an apple pie filling. With the elegant latticework on top, it just might rival your grandmother's recipe!
• Pecan Pie Doughnut is an Original Glazed pastry coated in gooey butter filling and topped with chopped pecans and pie crust crumbles. Like the classic holiday pie fused into a single, bite-sized treat!
• Cranberry Orange Doughnut contains cranberry filling with cranberry orange icing and a colorful pink and orange icing drizzle.
• The Gobbler Doughnut is the cutest of the bunch. Made to resemble a turkey, it consists of a heart-shaped doughnut with chocolate icing, festive sprinkles, and adorable features including pretzel sticks for legs and a fondant turkey face.

Can't pick just one? You can try them all when you purchase a Thanksgiving Dozen box. You'll get multiples of each flavor, along with space on the box to write a thoughtful message to the recipient. It could be a family member, a friend--or even yourself. We all deserve "Gobbles of Gratitude" this holiday season!
