It Never Hurts To Ask About Military Discounts.

The truth is, many places offer military discounts for members of the U.S. Armed Forces, yet they're not outright advertised. So if you're looking for goods and/or services, why not ask? Now we all know about USAA and the Apple government and military discount, and I'm sure most of you have probably seen the '"veterans' parking only" at the Texas Roadhouse in Arvada, but we know there's got to be more than that. So with the birthday of our nation this month, we thought we'd we do some investigating, and this is what we found:
(Note: always ask the business directly about military discounts. And we think it goes unspoken that valid IDs, proof of service, and registrations will be required) Allegiant Air -- Military personnel are offered a whole host of free services, including three pieces of checked baggage, free oversized checked bags, one free carry-on bag, free seat assignments, priority boarding, and -- best of all -- one free pet in the cabin!
