Missouri has passed a bill granting tax credits to filmmakers who choose to shoot their movies in the state. The response has already been positive.

Filmmaker Eric Norwine, who recently moved back to Missouri from Los Angeles, just completed a documentary on the life of Zamzama Safi, known as ZZ. She was captured by the Taliban but outsmarted them, risking her life to aid U.S. and coalition forces.

She shares her story with Bill Pollock.
