A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Tuesday at 7:02 a.m. for dense fog until 9 a.m. for Northern Clinton, Northern Centre, Southern Centre, Northern Lycoming, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Clearfield, Cambria, Blair, Huntingdon, Somerset, Bedford, Fulton, Franklin, Tioga, Sullivan, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.

“Patchy dense fog will result in reduced visibility below one quarter mile in spots and locally hazardous driving conditions particularly in the higher elevations. Motorists should be prepared for changing visibility and longer travel times,” says the weather service.
