Fire twirlers and ice sculptors meet food, drinks, and spectacular live entertainment at The Wharf’s very first Fire and Ice Festival!
As the newest popular spot to hang out in D.C., The Wharf has all kinds of fun up its sleeve! But its inaugural Fire and Ice Festival, held Saturday, February 24, at the District Pier, will be quite a sight to see, bringing the infatuating exhibitions of the most talented fire twirlers, along with live ice sculpting, food and drink, live music, and the roasting of s'mores around the fire pit. The D.C.-based band Pebble to Pearl will provide the musical entertainment, blending “funk, rock, and fierce and powerful blues delivered with soulful grooves,” in what should be the perfect soundtrack to a nighttime fire and ice display.
