A minor, 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck in Virginia on Tuesday, according to the United States Geological Survey.The temblor happened at 1:08 p.m. Eastern about 5 miles south of Dillwyn, Va., data from the agency shows.As seismologists review available data, they may revise the earthquake’s reported magnitude.
