The Delaware State Police arrested Zion Adeduwon, 22, of Bowie, and Bryce Jenifer, 22, of Silver Spring, both from Maryland, on accusations of drug-related misconduct and resisting arrest after a chase that occurred in New Castle County on Friday.

The car did not comply and attempted to escape at high speed instead. The pursuit ensued as the BMW drove recklessly through several roads in the Wilmington area. It was later stopped near State Route 896 due to a construction zone on I-95 southbound. Still, the BMW disregarded the lane closure, drove into the closed lanes, and finally terminated the chase on West Newport Pike following an accident.

Adeduwon was freed on a $5,555 unsecured bond. On the other hand, Bryce Jenifer faced accusations of possessing drugs with the intent to deliver and resisting arrest. He was arraigned, released on a $4,500 unsecured bond, and charged accordingly.
