COLLEGE PARK, Md. — The head coach for the women's basketball team at the University of Maryland is going viral for her sweet moves and fun videos.

WUSA9's Chick Hernandez found himself going down a rabbit hole recently, and that led him to Coach Brenda Frese and her entertaining videos.

Frese has been in College Park for 22 years and has won a national championship and has 21 winning seasons with another stellar class coming in, as well as some major transfers. But even with those accolades under her belt, Hernandez found himself captured by her personality and fun side.

The hype videos were put online by the school's marketing department, and what is not to like -- it's a little out of her character but the coach loves the reaction it has received.

"Boy did that have a response kind of virally, just even out recruiting the amount of people who had something to say about it. Then it, you know, all hands on deck, even my twin boys, you know, they had an idea that I shot over to, to Joe based on one of the moves and, the one that had Brie and Shy and putting the players in," Frese said. "So, you know, you get this creativity and then the, the execution is through Joe. So it's, it's been kind of a fun off season little thing, that has really picked up a lot of steam."
