Maryland State Police have arrested a Wicomico County man for allegedly killing another man.

40-year-old Brandt John Roberts of Fruitland, Maryland murdered Albert Vacovsky the Third, who also lived in Fruitland, police said.

Police found Vacovsky's body in a house in the 200 block of Camden Avenue in Fruitland at about 6:30 p.m. Friday, and EMS personnel pronounced him dead.

Roberts is charged with first-and second-degree murder and related offenses, and is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center pending an appearance before a district court commissioner.
