Scott Pelley, who has been with CBS News since 1989 and with 60 Minutes since 2004, has his own newsworthy romance with his wife, Jane Boone.She first saw Pelley when she was studying journalism at Southern Methodist University, as she explained to New Canaan-Darien Magazine in 2010.Boone later began interning at the same local news station as Pelley and they started dating.“In the beginning, it was just very natural," she told the magazine. "He liked my friends, and you can kind of tell that way. He was very different from any of the guys I ever dated. When I met him, he was hang gliding and always taking pictures and developing them."Boone continued, "He had so many interests. As a student I could get half-price tickets to the opera, and it was hard finding someone to go with, but he’d say, ‘Oh my gosh, the opera! Lesley Stahl married the late journalist and screenwriter Aaron Latham in 1977.The couple met in 1973 while he was working at Esquire and she was a CBS reporter. Latham was looking for anecdotes about Watergate and was advised to contact Stahl, whom he called at home.”'How dare you call me at home? If you want to talk, call me tomorrow at the office,’ she barked, and then slammed down the phone,” Latham recalled to PEOPLE in 1977."I thought, ‘She’s so beautiful.’ My heart stopped, my mouth dried up and I said, ‘What have I got myself into?’ ” he recalled.The two continued to collaborate on projects about President Richard Nixon. When the former president resigned, they realized they enjoyed each other's company."Suddenly we started seeing something different from what we had been seeing — almost like the old story of the boss who marries his secretary after 35 years," Stahl said.Shortly after they began dating, Stahl got pregnant and they married in February 1977. Anderson Cooper
Anderson Cooper, who has been a 60 Minutes correspondent since 2004, was last publicly dating Benjamin Maisani.The two met in 2009 and confirmed their relationship in 2015 after Cooper came out as gay in 2012.
