British rising star Jack Draper returns to the court for the Miami Open swiftly after winning his first ATP 1000 title at the weekend.

Draper, 23, clinched the biggest victory of his career after defeating Taylor Fritz, Ben Shelton, Carlos Alcaraz and Holger Rune on the way to winning the Indian Wells Masters title.

He has shot up to No. 7 in the world rankings, ahead of Daniil Medvedev, and could leapfrog Novak Djokovic up to fifth with a strong display in Florida.

Alexander Zverev ranks as top seed in the men's tournament, with Jannik Sinner still serving his ban for breaching anti-doping rules .

Aryna Sabalenka leads the way in the women's competition, while newly-crowned Indian Wells champion Mirra Andreeva enters the competition as No. 11 seed following her own maiden WTA 1000 victory.

The tournament starts on Tuesday 18th March 2025 and runs until the final on Sunday 30th March 2025 .
